Training and professional development of personnel
Our goal is to develop a collaborative corporate culture: Unicon’s culture is based on shared values and principles of cooperation aimed at creating a unified close-knit team and the atmosphere of trust, understanding and support. We inspire our employees by fostering for them an employee- friendly work environment and providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
Support of programs for development of sports and active recreation
Our employees participate in corporate football and volleyball leagues and championships, playing for Unicon teams.
Education support
Experts of Unicon deliver lecture courses for students studying for bachelor and master degrees at various institutes and universities. In 2011, around 100 hours were spent by our staff on lecturing for universities. Unicon advises the Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the MGIMO University on educational programs, and is also the curator of the professional retraining program “International Marketing”.
Unicon Partner Larisa Efremova is an official expert of the social project aimed at improving financial literacy and culture “Financial education of the Russian Federation”.
Development of local communities
Charity volunteer programmes
In the framework of the local community development the Unicon Group of companies provides assistance in social adaptation and education of adopted children and provides support to families taking care of these children.
