Each summer our company recruits graduates of economics universities for an entry-level position with the Audit Department — an Assistant Auditor. If you successfully go through all the three stages of selection process, you will receive an invitation for permanent employment with Unicon as an Assistant Auditor and can start off already at the end of August / at early September!

UniconJunior is not only an excellent opportunity to make a confident start in your professional career. This is your chance to make friends with those who have successfully undergone the selection process for UniconJunior and with whom you will communicate during your training and subsequent working process, discuss your first successes and share new professional skills.

After joining our team, all new employees take distance learning courses (audit methodology, performance standards, advanced accounting, IFRS, etc.). In September, they go on a week-long training session. In the comfortable atmosphere of a holiday centre not far from Moscow you and other entrants will be taught practical aspects of audit and accounting, business communication, teamwork, etc. After completion of training all UniconJunior program attendees start working in our team.

Please note: as soon you join the company you are officially employed and get your salary on the basis of an employment contract. So, the training under the UniconJunior program is obligatory for your and is provided at Unicon’s expense. We have taken every effort to turn mastering of new knowledge into an interesting and pleasant process: you will study side by side with other incumbents, therefore, you will quickly adapt in the team and find new friends and like-minded young people!
