We offer our employees (who are different-grade specialists) a whole range of courses which help to improve qualifications and enhance professional knowledge, including:

• Audit methodology courses for employees of all levels— from interns to partners. In addition to theory, these courses comprise practical studies and simulation of a working process, which enables to enhance the efficiency of the project teamwork. Attending such courses you will be able to prepare yourself thoroughly for a new audit season;
• The course “Assessment of the Entity’s ICS for Audit Purposes” covers control procedures applied for business processes. By format, this course is similar to the previous one and covers the internal control concept and components as well as the stages of ICS audit;
• “IFRS News”: this course will enable you to study the changes in the International Financial Reporting Standards, typical errors in their application and BDO Network technical interpretations.

Apart from this, the Corporate University is functioning at Unicon. Our Learning Centre, an educational institution with an assigned status of АССА Approved Learning Partner (ALP) Gold Level, has a long and successful history of training. We offer to each employee (auditor) a vast range of professional seminars and training programs: international certification (ACCA, CPA, etc.) and Russian GAAP training (general audit certificate, DipIFRS certificate).

In 2014, Unicon confirmed its status of the ACCA-Approved Employer for Trainee Development and Professional Development. The Trainee Development Certificate was promoted in 2014 to the highest Platinum level (from the former Gold) and will be held by Unicon until 2020. The АССА-Approved Employer Status is highly valued by financial market operators, as it signifies compliance of training, development and conditions of the auditor’s work at Unicon with the best international practice and standards. Besides, this status provides Unicon trainees and ACCA members with additional advantages, helping them build up solid international qualifications. Thus, ACCA members at Unicon do not have to confirm completion of annual 40 hours of CPD.
