Anna Ivanyuk has been providing legal services since 1998. She joined Unicon in 2006.
She specialises in legal advisory services and manages comprehensive consulting projects in diverse areas of law.
Main lines of her law practice are: corporate law, company/business restructuring, establishment of holding structures (including selection of SPEs), transaction structuring and support, M&A, asset safeguarding mechanisms, legal support of PPP investment projects, preparation and issuance of legal opinions, legal due diligence, legal support of state property privatization.
Anna has a solid experience in supporting the structural reform of the federal railway transport. She also participated in law and regulation drafting projects (federal and Moscow city level).
She regularly appears in leading mass media as an expert on a wide range of legal issues and has written numerous articles for specialised publications.
