Executive summary
Dmitry Shotskiy has been working in finance and economics since 1992.
Before joining Unicon, Dmitry held top executive positions in financial industrial groups. He supervised business management projects in the energy, metals and transport sectors, other industries, as well as projects for publicly owned institutions and non-profit associations (SROs).
Dmitry joined Unicon in 2015. Today he specialises in business consulting projects for large companies and publicly owned enterprises. He is also responsible for development of Unicon business in the Asia Pacific and Middle East.
Dmitry has a vast experience as a member of expert councils (working groups) under the Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Regional Development, Ministry for the Development of Russian Far East, the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation and the Eurasian Economic Commission.
