Executive summary
Eduard Rumyantsev has been working in finance and economics since 2003. Before joining Unicon, he managed projects in the corporate finance department of one of the largest international audit companies.
Eduard joined Unicon in 2010. Currently, he manages projects in the area of financial, tax, operational and legal due diligence, capital transactions and forensic (financial investigations). Among his clients are major companies and holdings in various economic sectors.
Eduard has extensive experience of project management in the area of M&A due diligence, forensic (financial investigations), as well as financial due diligence for the purposes of fundraising, restructuring and integration of assets acquired.
