- reengineering of business processes in manufacturing enterprises, in companies providing logistics services, in distributive business;
- process adaptation, implementation of marking and traceability technologies in supply chains;
- design and implementation of changes in IT architecture of some enterprises and industry-based ecological systems, development of integration solutions in business applications;
- audit of processes and business applications in terms of their conformity with law requirements related to mandatory marking, risk assessment and recommendations on its elimination;
- development of the roadmap of the transformation of processes, IT systems and equipment to transfer to mandatory marking;
- development of tender documents and technical specifications that enable to choose service, solutions and equipment suppliers;
- author’s expert project supervision and support.
Evgeniy has been working in design and creation of corporate IT systems over 25 years. His portfolio comprises more than 50 projects for Russian and international companies of various industries (mining, machinery, instrumentation, agriculture and food production, farmacy, FMCG, distribution and retail).
Evgeniy has a unique all-in competence in international standards of codification and marking of goods, systems of logistic traceability at a corporate, industry and state scale, and has an experience in reengineering of business processes in implementation of Track & Trace systems.
