Executive summary
Ivan Novikov has been working as a lawyer since 1996. He joined Unicon in 2014.
At Unicon, Ivan is engaged in the development of legal consulting services in the following areas: corporate and contract law, intellectual property law, M&A, and diverse issues of administrative regulation of business activities.
As Head of Legal Advisory Services, Ivan is personally involved in projects relating to due diligence, legal support of M&A and other transactions, legal consulting on a wide range of corporate issues. He also participates in preparation of opinions on a wide range of legal issues.
Ivan has a vast experience of public speaking and is one of the authors of Unicon’s numerous expert publications on topical legal issues.
