Executive summary
Olga Bogdanova has been working in finance and economics since 1994. She joined Unicon in 2003.
Since 2013, Olga has been heading Valuation Advisory Services. She specialises in managing complex financial and value consulting projects, including valuation of all types of assets and liabilities in accordance with Russian and international valuation standards, as well as in financial modeling.
Under Olga's supervision, more than 500 projects have been implemented to determine the value of businesses (shares, stakes), property complexes, know-how, technologies, investment projects, as well as financial modeling and business planning projects. Her portfolio includes dozens of complex projects for fundraising, M&A, and valuations for IFRS financial statements in various industries.
Olga coordinates projects on technological and price audit of investment programs (projects) of grid companies classified as electric power industry entities, as approved by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and (or) relevant executive authorities.
